AUTONOMOUS WORKFLOWS

Procedures that run themselves.

Formalized procedures that run themselves, with a human gate on anything that leaves.

What it is

A workflow is any procedure with a defined start, a defined end, and a person currently driving it by hand — pull the numbers, check them against last week, decide what to do, and do it. Most operations run a dozen of these on someone's memory and a recurring reminder.

We formalize it. Analyze ad performance, then recommend turning off the four ads that aren't earning their spend — the workflow reads what it needs, applies the same logic every time, and produces the same output whether the person who used to run it by hand is in the building or not.

The workflow runs itself, but it doesn't ship itself. Wherever the output leaves the building — a recommendation acted on, a message sent, a number that changes something downstream — we put a human gate there. The work is autonomous; the decisions aren't.

What you get

  • A defined, repeatable procedure — the same steps run the same way every time.
  • Direct connections to the systems the workflow reads from and writes to.
  • A human gate wherever the output leaves the building.

How it runs

A human gate before anything expensive or irreversible is a hard rule, not a setting. It sits ahead of anything client-facing, costly, or hard to undo, and it isn't something a workflow can configure its way around.

Everything runs from real data. A workflow that recommends turning off ads has to read actual spend and performance, not a guess — the same grounding discipline behind everything else we build.
